 THIS IS HOW TO HELP IDENTIFY YOUR CYLINDER STYLE
CY0001/L     This was used up to around 2000 and it attaches to the bracket at the opposite end to the adjusting screw. When fitted the cylinder hangs down from the bracket. Also the bracket will usually be aluminum - self colored (silver).
 
CY0002/L    This is the current model. Usually post year 2000. As you will appreciate this cylinder attaches to the bracket at the adjusting screw end and fits inside the two lower arms of the bracket. The bracket is black powder coated.
